Refund policy

Every item is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please double-check your size before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us at clarissachrisinc@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Cancellations

Production starts quickly, so we can only cancel an order if you email us within 24 hours of placing it.
