Processing time

Orders are usually made and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. During new drops and busy seasons it can take a little longer.

Shipping rates

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Duties and taxes

If your order ships outside Canada, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages
